Frozen Apple Pie Filling

This recipe makes enough for 1 pie or 1 pan of crisp or whatever you want to do with it.

Frozen Apple Pie Filling

Ingredients:
8-10 apples
½ c sugar
3 T flour
½ t cinnamon
pinch of allspice

Directions:
Measure ingredients into a gallon-size freezer bag. Seal, then mix with fingers. Freeze.
